Operations Director/Plant Manager Requirements

• 5 years mid-tier industrial capital goods manufacturing plant management experience
• Strong process/business evaluation to recommend and implement improvements in inventory, logistics, quality, and team building
• Proficient in lean manufacturing principles, Lean/Six Sigma, ISO, Quality Assurance
  
  

Operations Director/Plant Manager Oversight And Responsibilities

• Create, Evaluate, Improve SOPs to scale a fast-growing business
• Industrial Capital Goods (mechanical/electrical) Manufacturing (Production / Scheduling)
• Materials Management (Procurement, Inventory and Demand Management)
• Logistics / Packaging / Shipping
• Site Finance
• Quality improvement: LEAN, Six Sigma, ISO
• Teambuilding/Talent Development
• IT (Computer systems, Physical Servers, Software Deployment and Maintenance)
• Budgeting process
• Costing (Direct / Labor models)
• Leadtime / Fulfillment Planning
• Collaborate with engineering, senior leadership, HR and other administrative function
• Indirect supervision over service/installation/maintenance/repairs in the field
