Manufacturing Sales Manager Benefits

• Base salary / 125-150K range
• Up to 15% year-end bonus potential

Manufacturing Sales Manager Must Haves

• Customer service or sales experience and dealing directly with clients.
• Strong manufacturing knowledge, with Aerospace preferred
• Technical skills, including blueprint reading and navigating engineered plans.
• Degree in Engineering or Business preferred, but years of technical sales experience are just as valuable.
• Ability to meet deadlines and be self-motivated
  
  

Manufacturing Sales Manager Duties

• Be a positive brand ambassador and develop strong customer relations on all levels.
• Grow positive sales for the company with a select client list.
• Manage key accounts orders and products from conception to delivery.
• Navigating the manufacturing team on sense of urgency and communicate with engineering as needed.
• You could wear a sport coat in the morning and steel toed boots in the afternoon.
• You may have to travel to navigate customer needs.
• You would coordinate activities to increase customer satisfaction as needed.
• Ensure that sales are in line with expectations and targets of leadership, and look at additional opportunities to grow.
• Establish long term connections with clients.
• Lead yearly contract negotiations. Utilize knowledge to create a budget.
