Salary range : $90,000 - $100,000
Job Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and support integrated marketing strategies, campaigns, and budgets.
- Develop, implement, and provide detailed analysis of strategic sales / marketing campaigns and operating budgets, and provide forecasts to achieve objectives and sales goals.
- Develop, recommend, and implement strategies and campaigns to increase revenue across all departments within the context of current and future plans.
- Ensure effective control of marketing results and take corrective action to guarantee the achievement of marketing objectives within designated budgets.
- Hire, train, supervise, and support the Marketing Team. Provide performance evaluations and offer professional development opportunities as available.
- Oversee preparation of marketing activity reports and present them to Executive and Senior leadership.
- Positively represent and promote the company and its image to the press while attending media / social events.
