- Design mechanical and plumbing systems for a variety of MEP projects.
- Develop and modify construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Collaborate with cross-discipline teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
- Perform QA/QC reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with project standards.
- Manage CAD and BIM workflows, including creating and updating Revit families and CAD dynamic blocks.
- Provide status reports and maintain clear communication with team members and supervisors.
- 1-4 years of experience in MEP design, focusing on mechanical and plumbing systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.
- Strong skills in producing construction documents within an architectural or engineering firm.
- Effective organizational, collaborative, and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and graphic communication abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
Preferred Qualifications
- EIT Certification or PE License.
- Coursework or experience in drafting, architecture, or related fields.
