Multi-Unit General Manager Responsibilities Include
- Creating a fun, welcoming, and all-inclusive environment for employees and guests!
- Build a customer-focused culture of hospitality where everyone is treated as a friend!
- Developing team members for success while developing your skills for future growth!
- Educating all staff members on matters relating to food safety, cleanliness, operations, and profits!
- An outgoing person who loves speaking with people and being the "Mayor" of your town!

- 2 years of experience in a similar multi-unit role!
- Expert knowledge of Profit and Loss statements!
- Previous experience creating and managing budgets!
- Up-to-date knowledge and experience with alcohol and beverage menus.
