Catering Sales Coordinator Requirements and Responsibilities
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- No less than 5 years of experience in catering sales, preferably in upscale full-service hotels or catering venues
- Proven track record of managing large-scale on and off-site catering operations and sales exceeding $2 million annually as an individual contributor, within a company generating revenue between $10-15 million
- Frequent client and sales team meetings to present innovative solutions to event challenges
- Maintaining a robust book of business
- Demonstrating exceptional professionalism when interacting with clients and colleagues, both in intimate settings and large groups
