We are seeking an Operations Manager for our high-volume, upscale casual dining restaurant located in the heart of the Bay Area. This well-regarded concept is known for its energetic vibe and commitment to excellence, and we’re looking for a dynamic leader who’s ready to step into a hands-on role with growth potential.
If you have 4 years of experience as an Assistant General Manager (AGM) or in an equivalent full-service upscale dining environment and are ready to contribute to a thriving, independently owned restaurant, this is the opportunity for you!

What We’re Looking For :
Must have experience working in upscale casual dining with annual sales of $6M (ideally, candidates come from reputable Bay Area concepts ).
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a veteran team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Expertise in financial accountability, inventory management , and vendor relations .
