About The Role

Your expertise will help nephrologists and transplant specialists integrate cutting-edge diagnostics into their clinical practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales goals through strategic territory management, client relationship-building, and market expansion.
- Educate nephrologists and transplant specialists on the benefits of our test to drive adoption and improve patient outcomes.
- Develop and execute customized business plans to maximize sales and market penetration.
- Represent our company with professionalism, serving as a trusted expert on our products and services.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare providers, and decision-makers.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive sales experience, preferably in diagnostic or lab-developed testing.
- Proven ability to close sales, expand market reach, and build strong client relationships.
- Existing connections with nephrologists, transplant specialists, or key healthcare leaders preferred.
- Strong understanding of academic medical centers, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), and hospital systems.
- Willingness to travel 50%-75% within the designated territory.
- Hunter mentality with a passion for driving new business opportunities and growing a territory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex sales environments.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
