Performance Management Specialist Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement performance management systems including goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and evaluations.
- Create tools and training materials to support managers and employees in effective performance discussions.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure performance management strategies drive employee engagement and organizational success.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8-10 years’ experience in performance management, talent management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Salary in the 100-120k range.
