Plant Engineering Manager | RELOCATION to Greenville, NC
A leading manufacturer is seeking a Plant Engineering Manager to drive equipment upgrades and technical improvements in a high-speed production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing and warehousing equipment upgrades to enhance efficiency and product quality.
- Oversee project execution, budget management, and risk assessment for technical initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support new product launches and process improvements.
- Manage and develop a team of engineers, specialists, and contractors.
- 6 years of experience in high-speed manufacturing engineering.
- Proven track record in leading engineering teams and equipment upgrades.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Preferred: PMP certification, Lean/Six Sigma experience, and GMP/ISO manufacturing background.
