Principal Software Engineer - AI & Insurtech: Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end software development projects, delivering scalable and secure systems.
- Collaborate with a talented team to drive technical strategy and product development.
- Shape the future of insurtech by integrating emerging technologies into real-world applications.
- Provide mentorship and technical leadership to junior engineers.
- Experiment with AI models and large datasets to solve complex challenges.
- 7 years of software engineering experience, with a proven track record of end-to-end product development.
- Expertise in full-stack development, AI/model engineering, and cloud technologies (AWS).
- Proficiency with Python, PostgreSQL, and Typescript.
- Experience working with unstructured data and large-scale datasets.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Experience in the insurtech/startup ecosystem is a plus.
- Competitive salary range: $170,000 - $200,000
