- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering; PE license or progress toward licensure preferred
- 5–10 years of civil engineering experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Civil 3D), hydrology, hydraulics, and software like HydroCAD, EPA SWMM, or HEC-HMS
- Design Green Stormwater Management, and site grading plans
- Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and permitting documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver projects on time
- Local travel for fieldwork as needed
