Promotions Manager Duties

• Establishes and maintains vendor relationships when coordinating, promoting, and producing on-site promotions.
• Resolve Guest concerns and/or complaints to maintain positive Guest relations, expediting any issues to the appropriate departments, as necessary.
• Complete daily reports and review internal audit documentation for accuracy and completion.
• Sets up and executes promotional events and giveaways; responsible for setup and maintaining all kiosk promotions.
• Publicly serve as the main host and emcee of on-site promotions and events.
• Act as the primary liaison between CRCR and third-party bus tours and charters.
• Manage CRCR internal communication to ensure all departments are properly educated and prepared for upcoming promotions and events
