RCDD Technology Designer Benefits & Compensation
- Salary up to $155,000 with 100% employer paid benefits for employee only, and shared premiums for employee dependents
- Fully vested retirement company match
- Work from home 3 days a week and 2 days in office.
- Paid training, professional development, and licensure support; relocation assistance available if needed
