Real Estate Broker - Commercial

Seeking a licensed Real Estate Broker with heavy commercial experience to join our team.

Salary $80-90K commission/bonus

Qualifications

• Current Virginia Brokers license
• 5 years of experience with commercial transactions
• Deep knowledge of market trends, local laws/regulations, negotiation
• Proficient in real estate software and CRM systems
• Bachelor’s degree and/or Auction experience a plus
  
  

Responsibilities

• Perform market research on trends, property values,
• Identify potential investment opportunities
• Cultivate solid relationships with and provide guidance to clients and stakeholders
• Manage property listings (including reports, marketing, and showings) and transactions
• Lead generation and networking, creating new relationships/opportunities
• Keep up to date with changes in real estate laws, trends, and developments
