- Oversee multi-location operations, ensuring sales targets and revenue goals are met.
- Hire, train, and develop General Managers to maintain high-performing teams.
- Analyze market trends and sales data to optimize inventory and product selection.
- Ensure full compliance with all state and local cannabis regulations.
- Supervise dispensary staff, fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and retention.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and product tracking systems.
- Address and resolve inventory discrepancies, customer concerns, and staff-related issues.
- Implement and enforce policies for product packaging, labeling, and dispensing.
- Strengthen security measures for product tracking, storage, and distribution.
- Collaborate with HR to manage employee relations and performance concerns.
- Foster an outstanding customer experience and a positive workplace environment.
- Lead company-wide initiatives and effectively manage operational changes.
- Ensure employee safety and compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- 3-5 years of multi-unit retail management experience, preferably in a high-growth or highly regulated environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Strong leadership, strategic decision-making, and business acumen.
- Experience in staffing, compliance, inventory management, purchasing, and loss prevention.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to make informed, confident decisions and lead with authority.
