We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee practice management and support the growth and development of veterinary practices within a designated territory. This role is responsible for aligning operations, staff, and leadership teams with company goals and values while driving performance metrics and fostering a culture of excellence.
Regional Operations Manager Responsibilities & Requirements
- 5 years of experience in multi-location management in veterinary setting.
- Recruit, hire, and assist with training staff for new and existing locations.
- Oversee practice performance metrics (revenue, COGS, payroll) using Scorecards.
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
- Manage construction, upfit, and opening of new practices in the territory.
