Regional Sales Executive – Property Restoration

We're looking for a Regional Sales Executive to help grow our presence across commercial and industrial markets. This is a high-visibility role where you’ll be expected to own your territory, stay plugged into your local network, and consistently deliver results.
What You’ll Get
- Base salary of $75K–$85K plus uncapped commission
- Company vehicle for personal use (fuel and insurance covered)

- Industry experience in restoration is ideal, but we’re also open to backgrounds in multifamily operations or trades like flooring, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical
- Consistency: No more than two jobs in the past five years
- At least 2 years of successful B2B sales experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Solid time management and organizational skills
- A hunter mentality—you like the thrill of closing deals and growing your book
- Confidence with numbers—you’re not afraid of tracking metrics or being held to performance goals
- Building and growing long-term relationships with commercial clients; actively prospecting & networking
- Hitting revenue goals and KPIs month after month
- Attending industry events, trade shows, and local networking functions (IFMA, IREM, FAA, CAI, etc.)
- Managing your sales pipeline and keeping your CRM updated and accurate
- Delivering presentations and closing deals with decision-makers
