Strong National Brand looking for Regional Vice President - West Coast

This position oversees operations and sales - operations experience in C-Store or retail is the preference. Will be oversee sales team so experience in sales helpful

Requirements

• The position reports to COO and covers 9 state area
• Will have up to 8 direct reports Sales team and operations team
• Candidate must be comfortable with heavy travel - 60% - living close to major airport helpful
• Must have strategic approach - strong leadership skills
• Expereience in the C-Store market helpful. Ibe able to develop plans from there.
• Proven history of stratigic planning, team leadership large scale operations critical
