We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Research Chef to join our team and help lead the way in culinary creativity. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of designing new dishes, improving existing menu offerings, and maintaining the highest food quality standards. You will collaborate with various teams and partners to create exceptional culinary experiences that align with our brand’s vision.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create and Innovate : Design new recipes and enhance current menu items to ensure consistency, flavor, and quality across all dishes.
- Conduct Testing & Cost Analysis : Execute product tests, assess the cost of new dishes, and document all necessary details for operational efficiency.
- Lead Training Initiatives : Provide guidance and hands-on training for kitchen teams to ensure adherence to exacting standards for food preparation and cooking methods.
- Manage Kitchen Operations : Oversee inventory levels, ensure food safety practices are maintained, and guarantee the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently.
- Vendor Partnerships : Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to source premium ingredients and develop innovative product offerings.
- Stay Ahead of Trends : Keep an eye on emerging culinary trends and incorporate new concepts to keep the menu fresh, exciting, and on-brand.
- Ensure Compliance : Maintain strict adherence to all health, safety, and nutritional regulations, ensuring all recipes meet required standards.
