Restaurant Director Of Operations Responsibilities

• Lead our extensive regional teams toward further operational and financial success
• Partner with peers and colleagues to strategically lead our organization
• Focus on results-driven planning and execution to facilitate continued growth
• Responsible for all financial implications for designated territory
• Uphold training and brand standards in all capacities
  
  

Restaurant Director Of Operations Qualifications

• 8-10 years in a senior-level management position with a leading Fast Food/QSR company
• Impeccable tenure including progressive career experience and stable work history
• Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed financial metrics in challenging markets and facilitate growth into new markets
• Responsibility for running at least 20 restaurants while overseeing multiple Area Managers
• Must reside in Montana/Wyoming/Colorado
