General Manager Responsibilities

• Possess natural hospitality and an affinity for interacting with guests
• Willingness to actively participate in all functions of operating a restaurant
• Results-focused mindset with a track record of operating and financial success
• Ability to multitask all day while maintaining a high level of customer service
• Understanding and passion for the intricacies of working with food and beverage

General Manager Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in the QSR restaurant industry
• Minimum 2 - 3 years GM experience in the Fast Casual and/or Fast Food industry
• Strong Financial Management background
• Previous success with restaurant systems and tools
• POS and Back Office computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge of cost controls, labor targets, profit margins, and other controllables
