Restaurant General Manager Of Fine Dining Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a talented team to uphold exceptional fine dining standards
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring an extraordinary guest experience every time
- Manage financial performance, including cost control, budget management, and sales growth initiatives- all while maintaining uncompromising quality
- Foster a culture of Southern hospitality, creating an inviting atmosphere for guests and staff alike
- Utilize your expertise in wine and beverage offerings to enhance the overall dining experience (Sommelier certification is a bonus!)
- Proven experience: 4 years in fine dining, with at least 2 years in a General Manager or comparable leadership role at a high-end steakhouse
- Wine knowledge: A strong understanding of fine wines - Sommelier certification is a plus
- Leadership Skills: A track record of inspiring, mentoring, and retaining top-tier talent
- Financial Expertise: Skilled in cost management, revenue growth, and achieving profitability without compromising on quality
