Restaurant General Manager Duties:

• Lead and manage daily operations with the leadership team
• Handle guest service and resolve any issues that arise
• Ensure the highest standards of ingredient quality and food preparation
• Assist in the training and management of all staff members
• Create and modify employee schedules based on restaurant needs
• Ensure adherence to all safety and sanitation standards

Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Restaurant General Manager, preferably managing a team of 15 employees
• Proficient with POS systems, inventory management, and general computer tasks
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and written skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
