Restaurant General Manager Duties:
- Lead and manage daily operations with the leadership team
- Handle guest service and resolve any issues that arise
- Ensure the highest standards of ingredient quality and food preparation
- Assist in the training and management of all staff members
- Create and modify employee schedules based on restaurant needs
- Ensure adherence to all safety and sanitation standards
Restaurant General Manager Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant General Manager, preferably managing a team of 15 employees
- Proficient with POS systems, inventory management, and general computer tasks
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and written skills
