Restaurant General Manager Requirements

• 10 years Experience as a General Manager in a fine dining restaurant
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Michelin or Forbes Relais & Chateau Service experience
• Wine certification or equivalent

• Daily floor management, table touching, guest engagement
• Training, mentoring, retaining staff
• High service standards and customer interaction
