- Manage all staffing functions, including hiring, training, scheduling, and termination.
- Oversee purchasing of food and supplies, ensuring minimal waste and compliance with usage dates. Conduct walk-throughs with chefs, approve specials, and assist with Back of House systems.
- Accountable for overall financial performance and operations.
- Ensure compliance with service standards, policies, and procedures for managers and staff.
- Conduct daily inspections and periodic audits to ensure equipment safety and proper food preparation; address engineering issues related to cost, installation, and maintenance.
- Schedule one-on-one meetings with managers for coaching and support.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a polished casual or fine dining environment with annual revenues of at least $7 million.
- High school diploma or GED; hospitality and restaurant management certification or college degree preferred.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Excellent customer service skills to treat patrons like family.
- Strong communication skills for training and motivating employees.
- Effective time management skills and attention to detail for handling various duties and preparing reports on schedule.
