Join our growing upscale-casual dining brand known for its scratch menu and exceptional dining experience. We are seeking a Restaurant Manager with 2 years of polished-dining management experience and a proven record of managing restaurants with $4M in annual sales. While relocation is not required, it is a plus as we expand across the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Midwest.
Key Requirements :
- 2 years of management experience in polished dining
- Experience with $4M in sales volume
- Stable work history (no more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years)
- Ability to relocate in the future (preferred)
Benefits :
Ideal candidates will have experience in upscale dining concepts like Fleming’s, Del Frisco’s, or Houston’s. Facial hair is not preferred.
