Qualifications & Responsibilities

• Minimum of 1 year in a management role within an upscale-casual dining setting
• Strong attention to detail and a dedicated work ethic
• Customer-focused, composed under pressure, energetic, and optimistic
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Foster lasting guest relationships to drive revenue
• Lead by example through mentoring and genuine support for team members
