Retail Assistant Manager Benefits
Sales & Strategy: Assist in achieving sales targets, set up displays, and train staff on product knowledge and customer service. Ensure inventory control and compliance with policies.
Store Operations: Secure the store at closing, execute visual merchandising plans, and report sales performance and feedback to senior management.
