Sales & Leasing Representative Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Sales & Leasing

• Source and engage leads, building trust through a consultative approach.
• Conduct property tours and manage leasing processes to maintain high occupancy.
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems.
  
  

Onboarding

• Lead tailored onboarding processes for new professionals and businesses, ensuring smooth transitions and occupancy optimization.
  
  

Account Management

• Develop long-term relationships with clients, aiding their expansion and success.
• Proactively address client challenges to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
  
  

Relations

• Engage with community members to create positive experiences and organize educational events.
  
  

Facilities & Partnership Support

• Ensure site maintenance, addressing minor issues and coordinating with facilities for larger concerns.
  
  

Strategic Campaign Deployments (Secondary Responsibilities)

• Support lead generation campaigns and schedule quality appointments for sales reps.
  
  

Sales & Leasing Representative Requirements

• Years of Experience: 3 years in consultative sales, business development, or account management.
• Sales Abilities: Proven success in lead generation with a proactive "hunter’s" mentality.
• Client Engagement: High emotional intelligence with a client-centered approach.
• Teamwork: Ability to adapt to changing priorities as a flexible team player.
• Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of CRM software; familiarity with the beauty and wellness industry is a plus.
