Executive Chef Requirements

• Prior high-volume experience
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Expertise with New England Regional Seafood
• Excellent hands-on leadership skills
• Employment to begin on May 1, 2025 though October 2025 (close date dependent on weather)
