What You’ll Be Doing:

• Owning the Accounting Cycle: You’ll manage everything from accounts payable and receivable to fixed assets and payroll – keeping everything running smoothly.
• Financial Wizardry: Prepare and analyze essential financial statements like balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Spotting the Details: Perform account reconciliations, track down discrepancies, and resolve them like a pro.
• Report Like a Boss: Create financial reports and presentations that help guide decision-making for our leadership team.
• Audit-Ready: Help ensure everything is in tip-top shape for external audits (no sweat, you’ve got this).
• Mentor Junior Staff: Share your wisdom with junior accounting staff and help them grow in their careers.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred (you’re a numbers expert, after all!).
• Experience: You’ve got 3-5 years under your belt in a senior accounting role – you’re a seasoned pro!
• Software Savvy: Familiarity with JONAS software to track expenses and manage financials is a major plus.
• Team Player: You thrive when working independently but also love collaborating with others to achieve common goals.
