We’re seeking an experienced and driven Senior Civil Engineer to join our Public Works Group. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key member of our skilled, collaborative team, working on impactful projects with motivated professionals.
Senior Civil Engineer Responsibilities :
- Oversee the management of public works projects, including client relations, agency coordination, scheduling, and budget management.
- Lead project teams of multidisciplinary technical staff members.
- Serve as the main point of contact between City staff and other internal or external technical teams.
- Present project updates and proposals to clients, city councils, boards, and commissions.
- Prepare engineering project proposals and task orders, defining scope, schedule, and fees.
- Draft City Council Staff Reports and other related documentation.
- Recommend, develop, and implement project strategies, programs, procedures, and policies.
- Provide public outreach support, create presentations, and actively participate in public workshops.
- Knowledgeable in local, state, and federal regulations and requirements.
