Our dynamic office and legal team is seeking a Senior Immigration Lawyer to join us as a Partner. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and have over 10 years of immigration law experience in a law firm setting.
Senior Immigration Lawyer Qualifications and Responsibilities
- 10 years in employement or family-based immigration cases
- E-2, O-2, and L-1 visas
- Member of the Florida Bar
- Ability to manage protable book of business and constantly prioritize to meet deadlines
- Must be able to represent clients before the USCIS and other government authorities
