What You’ll Do
Work alongside the Executive Director to drive lease-up success before the grand opening
Build strong relationships through networking with local organizations, chambers of commerce, and community groups
Oversee and participate in an exciting grand opening event & ribbon-cutting ceremony
Maintain high occupancy through ongoing sales & marketing excellence
What You Bring
3-5 years of proven success in senior living sales & marketing
Experience leading a lease-up for a new community
Strong community connections and networking skills
Reside within 20-25 miles of the community
