- 3-5 years in a Senior leadership role position within a customer-centered environment, preferably in the fitness, sports, experiential entertainment or adventure tourism sectors.
- Lead and manage the P&L for the East market with revenue targets of $4M annually.
- Develop and execute local marketing strategies and campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand recognition.
- Implement community engagement initiatives that foster strong local relationships and deliver measurable results.
- Analyze marketing efforts and community initiatives to optimize spend and improve ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and deliver on regional goals.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities for team members
- Promote and enforce safety standards to create a safe environment for both employees and customers. Ensure thorough, ongoing training on safety protocols and emergency procedures for all staff.
