Senior Operation Manager Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a Senior leadership role position within a customer-centered environment, preferably in the fitness, sports, experiential entertainment or adventure tourism sectors.
• Lead and manage the P&L for the East market with revenue targets of $4M annually.
• Develop and execute local marketing strategies and campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand recognition.
• Implement community engagement initiatives that foster strong local relationships and deliver measurable results.
• Analyze marketing efforts and community initiatives to optimize spend and improve ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and deliver on regional goals.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities for team members
• Promote and enforce safety standards to create a safe environment for both employees and customers. Ensure thorough, ongoing training on safety protocols and emergency procedures for all staff.
• Resolve complex customer concerns thoughtfully, balancing the interests of customers, employees, and business outcomes. Demonstrate the ability to drive profitability while maintaining safety and exceptional service.
• Track business metrics, identify performance gaps, and develop targeted strategies to address these areas effectively
