Senior Personal Injury Intake Specialist
About Us
We are a prominent California personal injury law firm with statewide offices and a national presence in mass torts. We are hiring a Senior Intake Specialist for our Westwood office in Los Angeles.
Position Overview
- Type: Full-time, In-person
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)
- Pay: $55,000/year Monthly Performance Bonuses
- Benefits: Free parking, health insurance, paid time off
- Oversee intake processes and manage a small team (3-5).
- Screen prospective clients, qualify leads, and ensure high call conversion/sign rates.
- Follow up with leads via phone, email, and text to retain clients.
- Maintain lead accuracy in the firm's tracking system and ensure prompt referral processes.
- Develop and refine intake procedures to improve efficiency.
- Act as the primary authority for intake criteria and team performance.
- Minimum 2 years of intake experience at a personal injury or mass torts law firm.
- Proven ability to convert leads and close cases effectively.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
- Associate degree or higher; J.D. applicants welcome.
