We have an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned Engineering Professional to become a key member of our skilled, collaborative team, working on impactful projects. We are in search of a Senior Project Manager / Civil Engineer to join our Public Works Group.
Senior Project Manager / Civil Engineer Responsibilities and Requirements :
- Oversee the management of public works projects, including client relations, agency coordination, scheduling, and budget management
- Lead project teams of multidisciplinary technical staff members
- Serve as the main point of contact between City staff and other internal or external technical teams
- Current CA Professional Engineer (PE) registration is required.
- 10 years of professional experience in civil engineering design and project management
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or related fields
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service to the public, development community, and City government staff
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent interpersonal abilities
- Skilled in managing project schedules, scope, budgets, and teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery within budget constraints
