Senior Vice President of Civil Engineering Requirements/Responsibilities:

• 10 years of experience in civil engineering, including leadership experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida required
• Oversee civil engineering operations in designated Florida markets
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance project efficiency and profitability
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and municipal agencies
• Lead business development efforts, identifying new opportunities for growth
• Provide technical oversight for engineering designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards
• Mentor and guide engineers and project managers
• Collaborate with leadership to align operations with the company’s long-term vision
• Strong business development and client relationship skills
• Proven experience managing engineering teams and multiple projects
• Knowledge of Florida’s regulatory and permitting processes
