What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company’s brand goals and vision.
• Produce high-quality, engaging content (photos, videos, posts) that resonates with audiences across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence organically while maintaining brand consistency.
• Monitor trends and performance metrics to optimize engagement and reach.
• Be ready to travel 50% of the time across the country to capture authentic content and build relationships.
• This is a an independent role—you’ll oversee every aspect of social media management for the company.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in food & beverage or hospitality is essential. If you don’t have this background, you’ll need to submit food photography samples for review prior to applying.
• Candidates must provide links to their social media accounts or blogs they’ve managed. Follower counts will be evaluated.
• A proven ability to create visually stunning content that captures the essence of a brand.
• Preference for candidates from independent or recently scaled independent restaurant groups.
• Strong photography and content creation skills are required.
