Sous Chef Responsibilities/Qualifications

• Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of cost and labor control
• Minimum of 2 years in a professional kitchen, preferably as a Sous Chef.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about culinary arts and excellence.
