Sous Chef Requirements/Qualifications

• Experience: At least 2 years of management in a casual/upscale dining environment
• BOH Expertise: Back-of-House experience is highly valued
• Sales Volume: Proven track record of executing in restaurants with annual sales of $5M
• Leadership: A hands-on leader who inspires and develops their team to achieve success
• Personality: A clear and confident leadership style with a focus on teamwork and excellence
