As a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist, You Will
- Lead Continuous Improvement Activities: Transition from traditional product testing to advanced online capability controls.
- Standardize Processes Across Sites: Work collaboratively with teams to establish best-in-class approaches and processes.
- Oversee Lab Operations: Manage laboratory personnel, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with quality standards.
- Perform Additional Duties: Contribute to various other tasks that enhance our operations and quality systems
Senior Quality Assurance Specialist – What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- 5-7 years of experience implementing and managing quality systems.
- Proven ability to develop and implement site quality systems compliant with corporate requirements.
- Strong collaboration skills with both teams and individuals.
- Advanced IT proficiency, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications.
- 1-3 years of management and/or supervisory experience.
- Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (Medical, Pharma, or Food).
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word).
- Green Belt Six Sigma Training or Certification.
