- 2 years of experience working in a Medical Office as a Supervisor
- Successfully collaborates with management team
- Associates Degree or equivalent experience and education
- Effectively manage the office by interpreting financial reports
- Experience setting KPIs, monitoring patient satisfaction and contributing to company growth
- Scheduling staff and managing operational functions
- Assist with strategic planning and resource allocations on a monthly basis
