We are a very strong, growing hospitality group seeking a professional and high-energy Full-Service Restaurant Service Manager to be part of our team! Come grow with us!! This opportunity is located in Utica NY, the employer will cover relocation expenses.

Restaurant Service Manager Responsibilities

• Communicates information effectively and efficiently.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays, if the needs of the business and position dictate
• Must be detail-oriented, passionate about their job and hospitality
• Collaborate with the BOH team to lead and oversee service in a variety of formats
• Create exceptional guest experiences that clearly communicate expectations to the FOH and BOH
• Coach and develop the front-of-house employees by setting guidelines and expectations
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results
• Ability to train all new employees
  
  

Restaurant Service Manager Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years experience in a Full-service Manager role - NO JOB HOPPERS
• High Volume 4M experience
• Strong and proven leadership qualities: friendly, coach mentality, leading by example, and upholding restaurant standards
• Proven ability to uphold standards, exceed expectations and build relationships
