Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Valuation Analyst to join a growing Valuation Advisory Services team. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse valuation projects, gain exposure to various industries, and develop expertise under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Valuation Analyst Qualifications And Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Interest in pursuing professional designations such as CFA, ASA, or CPA (preferred).
• Support the preparation of valuation reports for purposes including estate planning, divorce proceedings, and shareholder disputes.
• Conduct research on industry trends, economic conditions, and market data to support valuation analyses.
• Assist in estimating lost profits and other economic damages for litigation support.
• Collaborate with senior team members on client engagements and project management.
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of data inputs and analysis.
