Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil engineering operations in multiple Florida markets
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance project efficiency and profitability
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, municipal agencies, and stakeholders
• Drive business development, identifying and pursuing new growth opportunities
• Provide technical oversight on engineering designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards
• Mentor and guide engineers and project managers, fostering a culture of excellence
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align operations with the company’s long-term vision
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 10 years of civil engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida (required)
• Proven experience overseeing operations, leading teams, and managing multiple projects
• Strong business development skills and a knack for building client relationships
• In-depth knowledge of Florida’s regulatory and permitting processes
