A leading global brand is seeking a Vice President of Sales, Americas to drive revenue growth and expand market presence across North America, South America, and the Caribbean. This role is responsible for leading the regional sales strategy, multi-channel development, and commercial P&L, ensuring alignment with global objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue and market expansion.
• Lead and mentor the Americas Sales Team, overseeing direct sales and distributor markets.
• Manage the commercial P&L, ensuring financial performance meets corporate goals.
• Expand retail, e-commerce, and digital sales channels to optimize growth.
• Strengthen relationships with key national retail partners.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure cross-functional alignment.
