Vice President Of Product Development – What You’ll Do
- Drive Innovation: Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a diverse team of designers and engineers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with quality, sales, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Process Ownership: Oversee the product development process, including stage gate approvals and cost tracking via D365.
- Resource & Budget Management: Optimize resource allocation and manage the product development budget to maximize ROI.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to keep projects on track.
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 5 years of relevant experience.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects.
- Strategic Thinking: A blend of strategic, creative, and results-driven mindset.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel up to 20% and pass a pre-employment background check.
