We are seeking an experienced Warehouse and Logistics Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, and compliance with food safety and CBP regulations. This role ensures efficient material flow, accurate inventory, and a safe working environment while leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage receiving, storage, and distribution of dry, fresh, and frozen goods
• Oversee inventory levels, FIFO rotation, and replenishment needs
• Ensure compliance with food safety, OSHA, and CBP regulations
• Lead, train, and monitor warehouse staff for efficiency and performance
• Maintain warehouse equipment, cold storage areas, and safety standards
• Collaborate with purchasing and kitchen teams to meet operational demands
  
  

Requirements

• Must be bilingual in Spanish
• 3 years in warehouse/logistics management (airline catering or supply chain preferred)
• Forklift certification & food safety handler certification required
• Ability to work in cold storage and lift heavy items
• Must pass a 10-year federal background check for IAH Airport ID
• Flexible schedule, including peak season availability
